The Tk’emlups Indian Band Legal Department has the mandate to administer Justice, Governance, Bylaws and Rights and Title Responsibility Areas, ensuring our indigenous laws, including Intellectual Property Rights are respected, protected and enforced. Specifically, we seek a fair and just resolution to Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc outstanding legal issues.

 We carry out our roles and responsibilities as Yecmínte to protect our lands and resources for future generations.

Our Mission is to protect and advance the rights of the Tk’emlúpsemc, provide justice programs and services; and promote respect for Tk’emlúps rights and title.
