As directed at the March 13, 2012 General Band Meeting, Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held at the Sk'elep School of Excellence gymnasium.

Date: April 3, 2012

Time:

Workshop #1: 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Dinner: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Workshop #2: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Regulations amendments.

The proposed amendments include but are not limited to the following changes:
a. Typographical errors in red;
b. Changes in staff members (no Service Delivery Manager — now CEO/C00);
c. New definitions(CEO/COO/Outstanding/Owing);
d. Changes to time to prepare ballots in s. 15 — 10 days does not match the time given to
candidates to return qualifying documents;
e. Changes to Oath of Office (English version) and insertion of new Secwepemcstn Oath of Office;
f. Changes to amount paid to Scrutineers;
g. Changes to wording of Oath of Candidacy to clarify ineligibility to run if debt owed to band; and,
h. Insertion of New TteS Traditional Territory map.

A copy of the proposed Amendments were mailed to each voter on Feb 9th and are posted in the Band
Administration Building Located at #200-355 Yellowhead Highway, CLC, at 345 Yellowhead Highway,
Kamloops, B.C. V2H 1H1, and can also be found on the Tk'emlnps te Secwepemc website at
http://www.tkemlups.ca/ 

Additional copies can be obtained at the Administration building.
